Thyme Vulgaris

Thyme Vulgaris is a compact, evergreen shrub that grows up to 30cm tall and 40cm wide. Its dark grey-green leaves are linear to ovate in shape and emit a pleasant aroma. During early summer, the plant produces small, whorled flowers in white or pink on terminal spikes. This herb is commonly used in cooking and has a variety of cultivars. Its flowers are attractive to bees and other pollinators.
