Parking Terms

We are pleased to offer free parking for our customers while visiting the store, To ensure fair use of the car park and availability for genuine visitors, please read and follow the terms below carefully.

1. Vehicle Registration Requirement

All visitors must register their vehicle registration number upon arrival.
You can do this in one of two ways:

At the customer service desk or till area inside the store, or
By scanning the QR code displayed in the car park or at the entrance and completing the online form.

Failure to register your vehicle correctly may result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued.

2. Parking Eligibility

Parking is for Goldenhill Garden Centre customers only while on the premises.
Maximum stay limits may apply as indicated on signage.
Vehicles must be parked only in marked bays and not obstruct roadways, entrances, or fire routes.

3. Duration of Stay

Please check the displayed signage for the maximum permitted stay.
Re-parking or leaving the site and returning later does not reset the time limit.

4. Enforcement

This car park is managed by an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system or patrol officers.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued to the registered keeper of the vehicle.

5. Responsibility

Goldenhill Garden Centre and its agents accept no liability for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises.

6. Data Protection

Vehicle and registration data may be collected and processed for the purposes of parking management and enforcement in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
